KSL Design is proud to announce the introduction of a new line of Playstructures featuring both Fully Welded Construction and the new KSL Kushion Deck, a revolution in playground safety!

Fully Welded Construction has historically assured Safety, Strength, Vandal Resistance and Low Maintenance.

The KSL Kushion Deck is a composite structure which combines the resilience of poured-in-place rubber surfacing with the strength of a steel deck.

Unlike normal decks, the resilience is not achieved with a thin layer of easily damaged PVC coating!

The 1/2" thick rubber mat is suspended over 1/2" tall corrugations providing an internal air-gap for a true cushioning effect!

KSL Kushion Deck Features:

• 48" Square x 2 1/2" Thick (size of standard square deck, other shapes available).
• Sturdy galvanized steel sub-frame and perimeter with fully welded construction.
• The durable rubber mat provides a full 7 feet (2.13 m) of fall height protection.
• The mat is totally captivated by the full-perimeter deck frame without hardware.
• The deck is fully welded to the playstructure uprights which completely eliminates any gaps or potential entanglement points!

Your KSL Design Playstructure arrives on site essentially completed! KSL assures that your structure is square, plum, and correctly assembled before it leaves our factory!

Thanks to the fully welded unit-body construction method, a KSL structure is stronger and more rigid than any clamp based system.

No major excavation is required and no deep post footings need to be drilled.

The sturdy stringer channel base simply sits on the graded surface.

Simply add protective surfacing and children for instant fun!
